Membership of the Orchestra is open to any competent musician who thinks that they can manage the programmes undertaken, which is usually around grade 6+ depending on the instrument. Potential new recruits are normally invited to a rehearsal to meet orchestral members and to gauge the standard required.  Please be aware, that we currently operate a waiting list for all instruments as we are at full capacity.
 

Membership charges for the 2023/24 season are as follows:

 

Standard membership: £70

Concessions: £50

Students: £30

School pupils: £10
